Retail operations intelligence

See every store. Every time.

Store execution software for brands that run many stores. One standard, photos from every location, and a clear list of what to fix. Standards cover product placement, visual merchandising, in-store communication, and campaign sets.

When standards live in decks and uploaded photos scatter across channels, small gaps become network-wide inconsistency.

The Retailens workflow

Store execution in four steps: standardize, capture, your team decides, act.

Publish what good looks like. Collect photos from every store. Review them. Fix what is off. The same loop covers seasonal campaign sets and the everyday work that stays on the floor: product placement, visual merchandising, and in-store communication.

01

Standardize

Turn what good looks like into clear checks for placement, merchandising, and in-store messages so every store works from the same bar.

02

Capture

Stores send photos from the floor with enough context for your team to judge the work.

03

Your team decides

AI pre-scores against your picture of success. Your team confirms the grade, leaves a note, and points the right person to the fix.

04

Act

Reminders stay visible until the store fixes the issue and uploads again. Your team then marks it resolved.

Move the conversation from “what do you think?” to “what do we see, and what do we do next?”

Questions, answered plainly

Trust needs specifics.

The practical details behind how Retailens helps teams run better store programs.

Does AI replace our review team?

No. You set a picture of success. Store photos come in. AI pre-scores them to speed up reviews. A person on your team still decides what is acceptable and what to fix.

Who sets the official grade?

A person on your team sets the heart. That heart is the official grade. AI can suggest a heart. The suggestion is not the grade.

What if something is off?

After a person sets the heart, teams comment on the photo, mention a teammate, and keep the thread open until the store fixes the issue and re-uploads. Follow-up reminders stay visible until that loop is done.

What does the store associate do?

Store teams choose a campaign and location, answer any questions, and take or upload photos of the areas that matter. Progress saves as they go, so they can leave and come back.

Who is Retailens for?

Retailens brings together central teams, regional teams, partners, and store teams. Each person sees the campaigns, stores, photos, results, and conversations that are relevant to their work. You define the areas and standards, so Retailens can support apparel, beverage and CPG, supermarkets, restaurants, and other distributed retail businesses.

How does pricing work, and what happens after I request a demo?

Pricing is annual and based on the number of stores in your network, not the number of users. Book a demo opens the Outlook booking page so the team can talk through the right fit.
